Frequently asked questions

Got questions? I’ve got answers.

  • I am located at the North London Therapy Practice in Finchley, N2. it is are a short walk from Finchley Central underground station and a busy network of bus routes.

The newly decorated rooms are modern and create a peaceful atmosphere.

I am also located at the London Practice in Oxford Circus, W1 and in the City of London opposite Liverpool Street station.

You can also work with me online from anywhere.

  • I will send you a Zoom link, which can be accessed via your device. The link will stay the same each week.

Working online is a different concept for those used to a face-to-face setting, and while it can bring some challenges, the therapeutic bond can be just as deep and meaningful online as in a physical room.

In fact, there are even unexpected benefits and advantages to working remotely, and reports from clients have supported this.

  • Yes! I am located in NW11, north-west London, between Golders Green and Finchley. You can work with me weekly in person.

  • Sessions range from £95, and each session lasts 50 minutes.

I am recognised with Axa and Bupa. and I accepts clients who have authorisation with their private healthcare provider.

I don’t charge for cancelled sessions as long as you give me 48 hours notice.

Sessions are charged in full if cancelled within this time.

  • During our first appointment, we will explore what brings you to therapy as well as all facets of your life, such as your family, relationships, culture, spirituality, and important past events, so I can get a full picture of your life.

We will also talk about your goals and hopes for therapy.

I hope you will find it a warm and friendly meeting that leaves you feeling a little lighter.

  • Sessions can be time limited to 10 sessions or open ended for longer term therapy. It all depends on what you prefer and your finances, of course. However, I suggest investing in long term therapy to give yourself the chance of working deeply, which may take time.

  • If you would like to have counselling sessions with me either online or in person, the first step is to reach out by sending me a message here, and we can arrange an initial 15 minute chat.

This will give you an opportunity to tell me about your current difficulties and to ask me any questions you might have about how I work and what to expect from our sessions.

It’s then very much up to you to decide whether you’d like to book in for sessions. It is important for me that you find a therapist you are comfortable with and that is a good match.
