Free Initial Consultation

Taking the first step towards therapy is brave, and I want to make it as comfortable as possible. I offer a free 15-minute consultation via Zoom where we can discuss what brings you to therapy, talk about how I might help, answer any questions you have, and ensure we're a good fit to work together. We'll also cover practical details like session times and fees, making sure you feel comfortable and informed about the process ahead.

My Approach to Therapy

I believe therapy should be a collaborative process where you feel heard and understood. Rather than telling you what to do, I work to support, guide, and when necessary, challenge your views. Through our work together, you'll come to understand why you feel and act the way you do, recognise your emotions, values, and beliefs, and make decisions that are right for you. We'll develop coping strategies for life's challenges, helping you move forward with greater confidence.

Although therapy involves having uncomfortable conversations and requires hard work, I create a friendly, relaxed, and warm space where you can fully be yourself.
